We use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) within Minnesota's EIDBI program. Every plan is individualized and data-informed, with goals built in partnership with each family — not handed down.
We don't take a one-size-fits-all approach. Families come with different histories, expectations, and ways of understanding development and disability. We build around that. Caregivers are involved throughout, so progress in sessions carries into daily life at home.

Our ABA team includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians who work directly with children and families. Our team works in English, Somali, and Swahili — and brings cultural understanding to every aspect of the work.
